Start with the two “U” shaped pieces

Add the two “V” shaped pieces to make a triangular frame

Add the four (4) shorter (1-1/4”) screws and nuts to the frame to secure the pieces

Find the horizontal axle bar and the black plastic sleeve. Slide the sleeve over the axle bar. Add the two part-A octagon endcaps to each end of the axle. Join the axle to the stand with the two (2) long (2”) screws & nuts.

Not every lip of the part-A octagon endcaps is the same. The lip closest to the circular logo has 7 openings with a central hole. This is the only face that will accept the door frame piece (part-C).

Rotate this lip to the top so that it is facing UP on both end caps.

(The part-C piece can be either the first piece or the last piece added, but it will fit only this one lip of the part-A endcap.)

Place the part-C door frame piece onto the lip with 7 holes and the central hole. Secure each side with the screws and nuts.

The seven (7) part-B panels are identical. Each of the remaining 7 lips on the octagon endcaps will need a part-B panel.

Place the curved section of the first part-B panel over the flat section of the part-C door frame. Secure each side with the screws and nuts.

Repeat step 7 for all the part-B panels except the final panel.

The final panel must be installed in reverse. Place the flat section of the final panel under the curved section of the part-C frame piece. Once the flat section is under the part-C piece lower the curved section and secure the screws and nuts.

If you have reached a point in your assembly where the pins no longer align with the holes, then BOTH of your part-A end pieces were not facing UP in the correct orientation when you began assembly. They are probably twisted slightly in relation to one another and now since the part-B and part-C pieces have different pins they will not align correctly with the part-A end piece. The only solution is to remove all the panels and start again.
